Multiple Entra ID or Google Workspace Support

In today’s complex IT environments, many organisations need to manage multiple different domains in one account. With this new release, Optimidoc now supports multiple Entra IDs or Google Workspaces for a single account. This means that companies utilizing multiple domains can now seamlessly synchronise all users and manage them through a single account. Whether using one Entra ID for your main domain (like optimidoc.com) and needing additional accounts for other domains, this update ensures smoother management and increased flexibility.

Entra ID Login for OptimiDoc Cloud Client at Workstations

User authentication is now easier and more secure with Entra ID login support on Mircosoft Windows workstations. User can use Microsoft365 authetication instead of munual entering email and verification code. This feature not only improves user experience but also strengthens security by utilizing a trusted identity management system.

Zone-based Document Splitting in OptimiDoc OCR

Efficient document processing is key to saving time and improving productivity. With our zone-based document splitting feature in OptimiDoc OCR, you can now throw a batch of documents into the printer, and we’ll take care of the rest. Optimidoc can locate specific data on each document and, based on changes in that data, split the batch into separate documents. This powerful tool enables you to handle more complex workflows where one batch of scanned documents can turn into several smaller, logically separated files – perfect for industries dealing with large volumes of paperwork.

Bug Fixes and Performance Improvements

As with any software update, we’ve also included various bug fixes to ensure a smoother user experience. We continuously strive to improve the performance and stability of Optimidoc, addressing issues reported by our users to make sure everything runs as efficiently as possible.
