Bringing Teams from Around the World Together in Prague
We are pleased to announce that our Company KICKOFF 2025 took place in the beautiful city of Prague. This significant event welcomed all our colleagues from various parts of the world, including sales representatives from the United Kingdom, Poland, Austria, Canada, and the entire German branch.
Face-to-Face Meeting
For us, it was a unique opportunity to meet face-to-face. Most of the year, we only see each other in online meetings, so we were all very excited about this opportunity. KICKOFF 2025 allowed us to strengthen our relationships and collaboration between the development and sales teams.
Even though our colleague Mohammed Kassem couldn’t attend in person, he joined us remotely, making the OptimiDoc team complete.
Two Days Full of Activities
This two-day event was packed with presentations, thematic workshops, as well as fun and informal communication. We started the first day with a conference at the hotel, where we reviewed the past year, evaluated individual departments, and set goals for 2025. The evening concluded with a gala dinner and informal entertainment.
On the second day, we began with breakfast and continued with the conference, where we split into two groups – Sales & Marketing and R&D. After the morning program, we had a joint lunch.
Recognizing the Best
During the event, we also recognized the Sales Manager of the Year, Lukáš Polák. Lukáš did commendable work, and we truly appreciate his efforts. We also awarded the Performer of the Year, Michal Krbeček, for his outstanding contributions, dedication to the team, and active approach to work.
Celebrating Loyalty
We also celebrated our most loyal employee, Ondřej Marýzek, who has been with us almost from the beginning. This year marks a wonderful 10 years. Thank you, Ondřej!
Collaboration and Team Spirit
For us, it was important that the entire team collaborated and shared their ideas and plans. This event provided us with space for informal communication, experience exchange, and strengthening team spirit. We believe that KICKOFF 2025 was inspiring and motivating for all participants.
