OptimiDoc server is a flagship product, so we continually work on improvements and bug fixing. The last release of the product, introduced in January to the market, brings a lot of new features.
It means a significant benefit, especially for the Kyocera partners. New version newly added support for older models without the WebKit browser. Partners and customers can now use OptimiDoc Server on previous generations and current A4 models. The complete list of supported models and functionalities is available at OptimiDoc Partner Portal.
Another improvement is the support of MRC compression for non-searchable PDF files. This compression method reduces the size up to 8 to 10 times compared to non-compressed PDF.
Among the next improvements belongs:

- User list – add the total number of users
- OptimiDoc Configuration – custom logo preview
We will launch the cloud-based print management solution very soon; otherwise, there will still be a focus on the server-based solution, which is more suitable for some customers.
