The new version brings the following features and improvements:
SharePoint Site Selection
OptimiDoc announces the new OptimiDoc Server version, which provides simplified document capture in Microsoft365. Our customers can now choose the SharePoint site or Teams group and the final document folder directly on the device panel with just a few clicks. Then OptimiDoc routes the document automatically to the selected destination. SharePoint Site Selection is supported on Xerox, HP, Epson, Canon, and Ricoh devices.
New integration to Canon and Ricoh devices
OptimiDoc Server is supporting two new manufacturers. Ricoh and Canon devices are now fully supported for print management and document capture functionality. Check our device compatibility matrix to have a detailed overview of supported functionalities.
Scan process status
A small but significant improvement is viewing the document scanning process’s status on HP and Xerox devices. The user is immediately informed about to progress of scanning and possible failures.
