Introductory personal story
I joined the OptimiDoc team in June 2022 immediately after graduation. I appreciate that the company gives young people a chance. Originally, I wanted to focus on websites and graphics, but quickly found my way to printing software. I really enjoy this work and I find it fulfilling.
Professional role and contribution
In the company, I am responsible for everything concerning our Cloud product, from testing to the helpdesk. I try to provide our partners with the best help possible and to build friendships. The feedback often confirms that. Besides the helpdesk, I also take care of technical trainings and e-learning videos.
Personal values and philosophy
I believe that communication is the key to success. Technical support is the focal point between the R&D team and the partner. People in technical support do the “behind-the-scenes” work that is crucial to the company's operations, even though it is not always visible.
Interests and hobbies
On work days, I am an OptimiDoc employee; on weekends, I am a football referee. I used to play drums and piano and music is still part of my life. Listening to foreign songs helps me learn foreign languages. I speak English, German, Greek and French. I like travelling and I have a soft spot for Greece.

Introductory personal story
I have been working with OptimiDoc for many years – first in 2016 and then again since 2020 after a short break spent volunteering abroad, making it over six years in total. From the beginning, I was interested in working on something new in IT. It is possible to work in OptimiDoc from anywhere, and my company lets me work even from Spain, where we own a house. I can thus develop the company activities locally with partners abroad.
Personal values and philosophy
It is always possible to move forward at work, and when you throw in a great team of OptimiDoc colleagues, it is easy. I am happy to lend a helping hand to partners and, in the end, to see that our product works to the satisfaction of the customer.
Professional role and contribution
I work as an IT consultant at OptimiDoc. I am responsible for the support of products and partners, technical training sessions, documentation and many other things. My job is really diverse and I am not afraid to take on new challenges.
Interests and hobbies
I love languages (I speak fluent Czech, English, Spanish and Galician, Portuguese, and Polish - I po naszymu and other languages that I am not yet as fluent in ), travelling, working in the field, and especially spending time with my family. I also love educating myself in my field, and outside of it (for example in astrophysics).

Introductory personal story
I joined the OptimiDoc team about a year ago. I was a freelancer and was looking for a job where I could apply my previous experience in foreign B2B business, which I was engaged in for about 4 years. Thanks to OptimiDoc, I got a chance to get a glimpse into the IT sector and learn new things. I like being a part of a company that is still moving forward.
Personal values and philosophy
I believe in the motto: “What goes around comes around.” That is why I act the way I want others to treat me. I am a motivated and goal-oriented person and I want to be good at what I am doing.
Professional role and contribution
My main task is to keep partners satisfied. I work as a sales representative and I overlook the following markets: CZ&SK, Benelux and MEA. I look for new customers and take care of the existing ones. I have good presentation skills, I am good at presenting myself and I am interested in English.
Interests and hobbies
I like adrenalin, both at work and in my free time 😁 I am interested in callisthenics, martial arts and motorcycles. When it comes to relaxing, I like to listen to good music or watch a movie. Of course, through all of this, I never forget to make time for my wife. 😊
