The latest update brings several improvements designed to enhance analytics, security, and user experience. You can now export reports directly to Microsoft Power BI for easier data visualization, use your own SMTP server for secure communication, personalize device interfaces with custom workflow icons, and centrally manage Workplace widgets from the admin console to create a consistent user environment.

Power Bi Export - Advanced Analytics

Power BI analytics allows you to import data from OptimiDoc directly into Microsoft Power BI for powerful data visualization and analysis. To simplify the process, use our Power BI template that makes the setup easier and presents your data clearly.
The Power BI template contains five main tabs:
  • Device Reporting – Dashboard
  • Device Reporting – Cost Analysis
  • Device Reporting – Devices and Locations
  • Device Reporting – Print Job Analysis
  • Device Reporting – Workflow Reporting

Custom SMTP Server - Secure and Reliable Communication

Optimidoc Cloud allows you to configure your own SMTP server, which is applied to all email communication associated with email. This feature enhances security by allowing organizations to use their trusted infrastructure, ensuring compliance with internal policies and reducing risks associated with third-party mail services. Supported authentication methods:

  • Basic (login & password)
  • Microsoft OAuth2
  • Google OAuth2

Custom Workflow icons - Enhanced user experience

In the new Optimidoc version, we allow you to personalize your device interface by adding custom workflow icons on Epson, FujiFilm, Canon, HP, Kyocera, and Lexmark terminals. This feature improves navigation, makes workflows more intuitive for end users, and speeds up daily operations.

Centralized Management of Workplace Widgets

In this version, it is now possible to centrally manage users’ Workplace widgets directly from the admin console. Administrators can define which widgets are available to end users, enabling a customized interface that aligns with the needs of the organization.
