Driverless and serverless printing
Print from any workstation on any OS with nothing installed locally, and no print server to host or patch. Finishing stays fully available, and the model already complies with Windows Protected Print.

Multiuser client
Install the Client once on a shared computer for several people. Everyone signs in with their own account, so jobs stay separate — one installation for IT, and each user sees only their own documents.

Accounting for network printers
Tracked without an embedded app — every job is tied to the user who released it and reported centrally. Only walk-up copying and scanning stay uncaptured.

Print settings on Chromebooks, iOS and Android
Finishing no longer depends on the device you print from. Chromebook, iOS and Android jobs can use duplex, colour, copies and collation — straight from the printer.

Pure cloud Xerox app
Xerox devices now run in a pure cloud setup — the embedded app talks straight to the cloud, so no OptimiDoc Cloud Node or on-site server is needed.
