All you need is an internet connection

OptimiPrint is a cloud solution that eliminates the need of local servers and other devices and, at the same time, contains tools for automatic migration of printers from local print servers.

Centralised print management

Manage the entire print environment from one web site and forget about expensive print serves in local network.

Complete management will give you an overview of all networks, devices and users.

The IT department no longer needs to manage print servers, drivers or user rights. An administrator can easily configure which printers are available to specific users, departments, or groups. Each user then sees exactly the printers relevant to their current location or workstation.

Client application takes care of automatic distribution and the up-date of printers on a workstation.

Cloud printing

Cloud printing allows the user to send documents for printing at any time from any location with an internet connection.

It doesn't matter whether they are working from home, are at a business meeting or sitting in the office. The user just sends the document and it stays secured in the cloud until the user requests it on any device using the integrated application or a mobile device.

Besides the document printing, the user can easily set the number of copies, duplex printing or black-and-white printing. It is also possible to remove documents no longer needed.

OptimiDoc Cloud can connect to a variety of cloud storage solutions where the print tasks are secured. Each company thus retains its documents in its existing infrastructure.

Device security

Before using the device, the user must use his/her RFID card. Customers with implemented card system (e.g. for attendance) can use their existing cards thanks to a wide range of supported standards.

If the customer does not use any card system or a user forgets his/her card, it is possible to log in using a PIN or name and password.

Integration into the business environment

OptimiDoc Cloud supports all major operating systems and is easily integrated into your current solutions, whether you are using Microsoft 365 or Google Workplace. The user synchronisation takes only few minutes.

Our client application also knows how to work with various operating systems and mass deployment support via tools such as Microsoft Intune.

Encrypted communication and performance according to your needs

All data are encrypted and secured. OptimiDoc uses the TLS protocol for communication with devices and the delivery of user print data to the printer.

OptimiDoc Cloud manages its performance according to the current requirements of individual customers. You are not limited by the current number of users or devices. You can react to all your needs and adjust the number of users or devices whenever you want to.

Intuitive user interface

Intuitive interface and easy installation within 20 minutes. All you need is an internet connection and you can print from anywhere.

Multifunctional device

Direct integration of OptimiPrint into the device will lock the device with a card or PIN. The user can thus use it only after a successful log in. 

With the OptimiPrint interface, features such as:

Mobile application

OptimiPrint has a mobile application for Android and iOS. Thanks to this application, your users will be able to:

  • Print to a secure print queue, using the native functions of the system
  • View their secure print queue or cloud storage and subsequently send the documents for printing on any network device selected from the list or using a scanned QR code.
  • Select the final layout of documents
  • Unlock the device

Desktop

OptimiPrint automatically crates printing device on Desktop as per the rights. The user uses the standard printing tools of the operating system without knowing our client takes care of everything.


Each user has an access to the web interface with functions such as reporting on using the print environment, possibility to send and manage documents in a secure print queue or configure the login details and access authentication to the cloud storage.
